CMI North vs. South @ Sacramento Raceway - May 31, 2008 We had two cars with new motors that ran well today. The track prep and organization by the Sacramento staff was the best in the 6+ years we've attended. Both Natalie in her 5th generation Prelude and Shadow with his 4 door EF ran their cars with new motors for the 1st time this season. It took about 3 trys for both of them to get the hang of the new setup. Natalie reached her personal best of 13.04 in the Outlaw Class. We can confidently say that she holds the title for the fastest full bodied, all motor 5th generation Prelude. Improvements on her 60ft times should result in a 12 second pass. Shadow hit his personal best of 11.62 in his 4 Door EF chassis in the Street Power Class. With more testing, you should expect these two drivers to shave down those preliminary run times.
